Suburbs, Streets & Sites

The  2013 AGM Event site map is almost complete with campsites planned and accurately mapped for both unpowered and medical power, RVs and caravans and disability-friendly campsites. These sites should be more than adequate for our campers, but a further 76 acres will be available to cater for both large & small groups wanting to camp together.

A recent and exciting development with event planning has allowed the event committee to pay tribute and acknowledge notable club members by naming the various suburbs and streets on site after them.  National Presidents, Life Members and Dearnley Medallists will all be recognised.  A copy of the suburbs map is available from the related files section below.

RV site bookings are proving very popular, with more than 90 sites booked & paid to the end of October - A new AGM record!  Members wishing to book an RV site are being asked to provide details of their rigs using this RV Questionnaire.  By supplying us with this info, we can ensure a minimum amount of time is spent between your arrival and your first drink.  General questions about bringing RVs on site are answered in the RV & Caravan Info Sheet here.
