Meals will be served between7.00pm and 9.00pm in the Hoecker located at the event site. Live entertainment for both the Friday and Saturday night functions has been arranged, with music not commencing until after meals are served. Entry of those not dining in the Hoecker will not commence until after all meals are served. The Barn Palais Pty Ltd will be catering both meals.
FRIDAY NIGHT MENU
Dinner: Herb & Macadamia crumbed Chicken Breast with a Dijon mustard & Chardonnay cream sauce. Served with Summer Potato Salad and Seasonal Garden Salad.
Dessert: Chocolate Delight with Berry Coulis
SATURDAY NIGHT MENU
Dinner: Bundaberg Porterhouse Beef with a rich Thyme and Bacon Jus. Served with steamed Green Beans,Carrot batons with honey glaze and Steamed Chat potatoes with cracked pepper.
Dessert: Mango Cheesecake with Passionfruit Coulis.
